Delivery

Australia

All orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received. Australian Orders will be shipped via Australia Post or courier services and be delivered between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Public holidays (subject to their terms and conditions).

Standard shipping is $11 for orders under $150 and FREE for orders over $150, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.

All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery.

In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers including Australia Post may leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.

New Zealand

All orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received. These will be delivered between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Public holidays (subject to their terms and conditions).

Standard shipping is $20 for orders to New Zealand, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.

All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery.

In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers may leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.

Tracking

All Australian parcels are packed with extreme care and are trackable. To do this simply go to the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number to check out the status of your delivery vVisit: http://auspost.com.au/track/   

The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped from our distribution centre.

 

Returns Policy

We value all of our customers and want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase.

 

Should you need to return a product to us, please email orders@gnsports.com and they will be able to assist.

Only products purchase online at gray-nicolls.com.au can be returned.

All returns, other than defective goods, must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with no labels, stickers or writing on the product box.

Defective goods are subject to testing by the manufacturer to determine credit or exchange of goods.

Any orders returned after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund or credit.


Damage, Defects and Loss in Transit

Any complaint concerning damage, short delivery, loss in transit or defect must be made within 10 working days of the Customer receipt of the invoice for that delivery, or the receipt of the goods, whichever occurs later. If the complaint is not made within that time, the Customer loses any right which the Customer may have had in respect of the complaint.

The Owner has the discretion to repair of replace any goods the subject of a complaint or to refund or credit the portion of the purchase price. To the extent permitted by law, all statutory or other warranties are excluded.
