Before your use your Custom Bat
When you receive your custom cricket bat, you must properly prepare it before use.
Warranties and returns are unable to be applied if proper preparation of bat is not undertaken.
Extratec and knocking in your bat is also advised before using in the nets and in cricket matches.

You might find some bats have a heavy pick up and a light follow through, but this Custom Bat has a level weight all the way through the shot. The ping off the middle is superb, you just have to time it and it flys to the boundary.

How long does delivery take?
Expected delivery for standard items is approximately five working days to Australia and up to 14 days to New Zealand.
Custom Bats take up to six weeks for production.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is $11 for orders to Australian address' under $150, with free shipping on orders above $150 to Australian address'.
Deliveries to New Zealand will incur a flat shipping fee of $20.
I have a discount code, where do I provide this?
Once you reach the checkout phase, you will have the ability to add your discount code in the box provided.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay payment methods. All payments options are securely processed via the respective third-parties: StraightsSell for credit and debit cards, Apple for Apple Pay payments, Google for Google Pay payments and Shopify for Shopify Pay payments.
