GRAY NICOLLS CRICKET NEWS

Marsh and Ronchi set for 20/20

Tue 24 June 2008

While our stars - Matthew Hayden and Andrew Symonds - will not play in Australia's Twenty20 match against West Indies tomorrow due to injury, there is great news that GRAY-NICOLLS will be represented by debutants Shaun Marsh and Luke Ronchi.

Shaun Marsh will join Test Openers Phil Jaques (Australia) and Alistair Cook (England) and New Zealand captain Daniel Vettori in using the NITRO range. Wicket-keeper / big-hitting batsman Luke Ronchi, who hit the second faster-ever One Day century in state cricket last season, will use PREDATOR MAX batting equipment, NITRO wicket-keeping pads and as a once-off LEGEND wicket-keeping gloves. After the West Indies tour Ronchi will use NITRO wicket-keeping gloves.

Matthew Hayden is using FUSION 2 and Andrew Symonds is using VIPER in Test and ODI competition; and PREDATOR MAX in Twenty20 competition.
